As a Sales Development Agronomist you will be responsible for..
- Working cross-functionally across departments to offer support to sales, marketing, development and implementation teams
- Attending the office fortnightly for campaign meetings and managing your own diary / working from home the rest of the time
- Executing farm testing procedures and building relationships with farmers, retailers and external stakeholders
- Creating business plans and strategies in conjunction with departmental activities to drive success of the business
- Attending industry events and trade shows to develop strong market knowledge and increase brand presence
- In-field testing, quality reviewing and establishing yourself as a technical expert within the field
- Strong agronomy background with industry expertise
- Academic background in agriculture (ideally)
- Knowledge and understanding of agronomy/crop protection/seed business
- Basic salary circa £50,000
