The role:
As a Sales Development Agronomist you will be responsible for..
  • Working cross-functionally across departments to offer support to sales, marketing, development and implementation teams
  • Attending the office fortnightly for campaign meetings and managing your own diary / working from home the rest of the time
  • Executing farm testing procedures and building relationships with farmers, retailers and external stakeholders
  • Creating business plans and strategies in conjunction with departmental activities to drive success of the business
  • Attending industry events and trade shows to develop strong market knowledge and increase brand presence
  • In-field testing, quality reviewing and establishing yourself as a technical expert within the field
About you:
  • Strong agronomy background with industry expertise
  • Academic background in agriculture (ideally)
  • Knowledge and understanding of agronomy/crop protection/seed business
The package:
  • Basic salary circa £50,000
