- Leading from the front to orchestrate a global team of SDRs, working towards a higher response rate from prospects
- Monitoring your team’s performance through key metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are hit
- Collaborating with internal teams to establish the productivity and lead generation are effective and efficient
- Enhancing global strategies across Europe and APAC, guaranteeing reports and received and understood by key stakeholders
- An approachable and motivating leader with a proven track record of creating inspiring lead gen processes and methodologies
- Experience of managing a global team of SDR/BDRs
- Strategic approach with a track record for improving business operations across EMEA and the USA
- Basic salary to £100,000
- OTE £150,000+

This Sales Development Director will be hybrid and will suit candidates with key commutable areas including London, Cambridge, Luton, Chelmsford, Reading, Watford, St Albans, Slough, Harlow, High Wycombe and surrounding regions.
