The role:
  • Sustaining a consistently high number of outreaches via call, email, LinkedIn and other modes
  • Research prospective companies and their key contacts
  • Understanding the difficulties companies are facing and providing solutions based on these
  • Attend networking events and acting as a spokesperson for the company
  • Engaging with stakeholders in creative, strategic and innovative ways
About you:
  • A minimum of 6 months as a recruiter or recruitment consultant, preferably with a strong track record of winning new business
  • A desire to break into the tech sector
  • Great at writing and speaking to people over the phone
  • Willing, keen to please, lively and driven
  • Highly resilient, with the ability to recover quickly from set-backs and turn them into successes
  • SaaS sales experience may be beneficial but by no means essential
The package:
  • Basic salary to £30k
  • Realistic OTE £52k (uncapped)
