As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for..
- Seeking new business development opportunities along with managing and building sales teams
- Develop sales plans, and track and report on key metrics to ensure adoption
- Capture critical data in relation to conversion targets and market opportunities
- Demonstrating the business at tradeshows, conferencing and networking events
- Developing sales strategy with plans and targets
About you:
- Global Maritime or Logistics sales experience is essential
- 10+ years of constantly achieving and exceeding sales targets
- A proven track record of managing a large portfolio of clients
- Business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to establish a commercially strong position
- High degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up with business targeted, creative solutions
- Experience working in a corporate communications team within a complex organisation
- An extensive knowledge of Shipping Maritime and Marine sector
The package:
Basic salary up to £80,000
