The role:

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for..

  • Seeking new business development opportunities along with managing and building sales teams
  • Develop sales plans, and track and report on key metrics to ensure adoption
  • Capture critical data in relation to conversion targets and market opportunities
  • Demonstrating the business at tradeshows, conferencing and networking events
  • Developing sales strategy with plans and targets

About you:

  • Global Maritime or Logistics sales experience is essential
  • 10+ years of constantly achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A proven track record of managing a large portfolio of clients
  • Business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to establish a commercially strong position
  • High degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up with business targeted, creative solutions
  • Experience working in a corporate communications team within a complex organisation
  • An extensive knowledge of Shipping Maritime and Marine sector

The package:

Basic salary up to £80,000
