The role:

  • Working with the new Commercial Director you will be responsibile for creating and leading a high performing sales team through the development and execution of an effective sales strategy
  • Working through the wider sales team, you will inspire, coach and motivate the team to significantly increase new business as well as grow within existing clients across all products and services 
  • Working closely with other departments you will ensure the sales team have a meaningful knowledge of the products and services offered and support the culture change of how sales is internally perceived
  • This role will also have a big focus on sales strategy, building out the existing sales team and assisting with large enterprise deals  

About you:

  • Strong leadership and management experience within construction software 
  • Proven track record of building and motivating teams or companies to exceed their sales quotas  
  • Experience of managing a team over seas
  • Ability to add value and structure to the sales team in order to reduce time on the sales cycle and push deal rates

The package: 

  • Basic salary up to £150,000 | OTE £300,000
