Sales Director – Events SaaS Platform

The role:
  • Complete ownership of sales function - leading from the front.
  • Owning the development and execution of an effective sales strategy to maximise sales performance and success.
  • With a Hunter nature, you’ll be a hands-on member in identifying key opportunities whilst building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Managing sales budgets and presenting detailed and accurate forecasting.
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management in a high-growth selling environment.
  • Hiring and training a brand-new team over time.
  • Defining sales processes to roll out globally and reviewing as the company grows.
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales targets, KPIs and goals.
  • Being a role model and mentor for your sale steam, developing them into the sales leaders of the future.
About you:
  • 8-10 years+ experience of sales experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Previous experience in events and SaaS. 
  • Successfully scaled, and led, high-performing sales teams on a global scale.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (inc. Marketing) or similar. A master's degree would be highly advantageous.
  • Expert problem-solving, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully CRM system literate.
The package:
  • Basic to £90,000 | £120k OTE
