- 8-10 years+ experience of sales experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Previous experience in events and SaaS.
- Successfully scaled, and led, high-performing sales teams on a global scale.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (inc. Marketing) or similar. A master's degree would be highly advantageous.
- Expert problem-solving, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
- Fully CRM system literate.
- Basic to £90,000 | £120k OTE
