As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Managing the CRM and implementing processes and strategies to be rolled out across departments
- Onboarding new team members (sales reps and commercial teams) to get them up and running quickly
- Working alongside Sales Ops to analyse relevant data, identify gaps / shortfalls to guide new strategies
- Taking ownership for all sales training materials and continually adapting methodologies for best success
- Making suggestion for process improvement and efficiency and researching new tools and systems to assist
- Working closely with the sales team, analysing data related to sales activities and improving the team's overall success
- Sales enablement background related to operations, data analysis and sales onboarding
- Experienced with using various CRM systems and data analysis tools / software packages
- Background in the SaaS / software / tech space or similar
- Basic salary to £50,000 plus £5k bonus and equity
