The role:
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for..
  • Managing the CRM and implementing processes and strategies to be rolled out across departments
  • Onboarding new team members (sales reps and commercial teams) to get them up and running quickly
  • Working alongside Sales Ops to analyse relevant data, identify gaps / shortfalls to guide new strategies 
  • Taking ownership for all sales training materials and continually adapting methodologies for best success
  • Making suggestion for process improvement and efficiency and researching new tools and systems to assist
  • Working closely with the sales team, analysing data related to sales activities and improving the team's overall success
About you:
  • Sales enablement background related to operations, data analysis and sales onboarding
  • Experienced with using various CRM systems and data analysis tools / software packages
  • Background in the SaaS / software / tech space or similar
The package:
  • Basic salary to £50,000 plus £5k bonus and equity
