The role:

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for…

  • The creation and development of training programmes, fuelling the growth and focus on pipeline generation
  • Continuously building ongoing learning experiences across the global sales team, stimulating industry and product knowledge
  • Working across all internal teams, observing, and evaluating the skills set to unearth opportunities for growth and the improvement of individual’s progress
  • Tracking and evaluating the success and effectiveness of specific programmes through track metrics and KPIs
  • Helping to shape all revenue related QBRs such as incentives and events

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales Enablement role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • The ability to work across all levels, coaching salespeople on different courses and programs
  • A passion for sales development, who brings key ideas and prospects to pipeline generation
  • A self-starter who possesses a strong work ethic
