The Role:
  • Being the voice of the customer and working with them closely to understand their needs and market developments
  • Nurturing and following up on inbound leads to onboard clients on to new solutions
  • Delivering excellent customer service to uphold the strong reputation and company ethos that has been established
  • Identifying risk accounts and working closely with these clients to ensure they get the most out of all solutions
  • Converting pre-established leads into long term sustainable relationships and offering continuous account management
  • Training, coaching and demoing technology tools to prospective customers and developing sound product expertise
About You:
  • Sales/business development background in the agriculture/agritech market
  • Strong academic background and confident selling technology solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and experience selling directly to Farmers
The Package:
  • Basic salary to £30,000
  • Commission up to 100% of base salary
