- Being the voice of the customer and working with them closely to understand their needs and market developments
- Nurturing and following up on inbound leads to onboard clients on to new solutions
- Delivering excellent customer service to uphold the strong reputation and company ethos that has been established
- Identifying risk accounts and working closely with these clients to ensure they get the most out of all solutions
- Converting pre-established leads into long term sustainable relationships and offering continuous account management
- Training, coaching and demoing technology tools to prospective customers and developing sound product expertise
- Sales/business development background in the agriculture/agritech market
- Strong academic background and confident selling technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills and experience selling directly to Farmers
- Basic salary to £30,000
- Commission up to 100% of base salary
