- Working closely with the Head of Sales to guide the team in achieving their sales targets/KPIs
- Managing a team that is split within and outside the UK with a lot of the team being remote based
- Using your successful sales track record within a SaaS environment to inspire and advise colleagues on sales performance
- Making decisions that are based on autonomy and trust and giving team members the time and resources needed to be successful
- Sale Manager background in the software (SaaS) / tech market
- Remote team management experience
- Track record for helping a wider sales team achieve their targets
- Basic salary to £65,000
- Realistic OTE £120,000
- Flexible hours and remote working
