As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Coaching, managing and leading the sales team to develop a pipeline and win new business
- Leading from the front to demonstrate best practice and successful processes for sales wins
- Setting and monitoring targets, KPIs, objectives and performance metrics against benchmarks
- Creating and supporting on complex pitches / proposals and negotiating terms with clients
- Identifying changing client needs and reporting back to the product development team
- Developing individual team members and motivating them to achieve personal goals
- Sales management background in SaaS / software / agency environments
- Experience managing and building a sales team to win new business
- Basic salary circa £50,000 | OTE £65,000+
