The role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and qualifying leads
  • Maintain a professional flow of communication with buyers and influencers
  • Report sales analysis on owned leads whether won or lost
  • Negotiate commercial deals with Head of Sales and CEO
  • Managing the handover process from Operations and Sales ensuring client expectations are met

About you:

  • Educated to a degree level or higher
  • 5 years sales experience within the energy / construction sector
  • A high energy and passion to meet with the growing success of the company and industry
  • Strong IT skills along with excellent presentational skills  

The package:

  • Basic salary | £45,000 OTE £65,000 (uncapped)
