The role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and qualifying leads
- Maintain a professional flow of communication with buyers and influencers
- Report sales analysis on owned leads whether won or lost
- Negotiate commercial deals with Head of Sales and CEO
- Managing the handover process from Operations and Sales ensuring client expectations are met
About you:
- Educated to a degree level or higher
- 5 years sales experience within the energy / construction sector
- A high energy and passion to meet with the growing success of the company and industry
- Strong IT skills along with excellent presentational skills
The package:
- Basic salary | £45,000 OTE £65,000 (uncapped)
- £5,000 car allowance
