Sales Manager

The role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing the sales team
- Grow existing accounts whilst winning new business
- Working closing with the Directors, to set sales strategy, recruitment plans etc.
- Report sales analysis on owned leads whether won or lost
- Managing the handover process from Operations and Sales ensuring client expectations are met
About you:
- Educated to a degree level or higher
- Previous management/coaching/Team Lead experience
- 5 years sales experience within software - ideally a engineering/scientific platform
- A high energy and passion to meet with the growing success of the company and industry
- Basic salary | £70,000 OTE £100,000 (uncapped)
