The role:
  • Working alongside the wider sales team, you will monitor market activity, customer behaviour and create reports to help define sales strategies
  • Maintain a high-level of knowledge around the product portfolio from ingredients to manufacturing techniques to best inform customers and prospects
  • Liaising closely with the product development team, you will help with developing products that meet customer expectations and are profitable
  • To provide high standards of customer service, dealing with complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Understand customers present and potential future needs and produce valuable solutions that leverage success for the business
About you:
  • A minimum of three years sales/account management experience within FMCG, preferably B2C
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Successful track record of maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Great multi-tasking skills, you will be competent in managing multiple key projects at once

This Sales Manager role offers remote/flexible working options with occasional visits to the offices near Cambridge required.
