The role
  • Recruit, coach, develop and mentor asales team, ensuring they're reaching full potential and progressing well throughout the business
  • Track and report on team targets and KPIs to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Hands-on quota carrying position - leading from the front 
  • Collaborate with internal departments including customer success, technical and senior leadership team to deliver upon targets and the overarching strategy and mission
About you:
  • Extensive experience in a fast paced software or payments company where you have both coached and carried a quota
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring and collaborating with salespeople to help them achieve maximum potential
  • Data-driven and able to pull out key insights from complex information
  • A background in retail software or CRM SaaS could be a strong advantage
The package:
  • Basic salary circa £55,000
  • £95,000 package- commission & good benefits
  • Lively office culture - regular social and work events, 
  • Split London/home role - 3 days a week in central London Head Office
