- Collaborate with internal departments including customer success, technical and senior leadership team to deliver upon targets and the overarching strategy and mission
- Extensive experience in a fast paced software or payments company where you have both coached and carried a quota
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and collaborating with salespeople to help them achieve maximum potential
- Data-driven and able to pull out key insights from complex information
- A background in retail software or CRM SaaS could be a strong advantage
- Basic salary circa £55,000
- £95,000 package- commission & good benefits
