As Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for..
- Building and implementing sales ops processes on a global scale on and around HubSpot CRM
- Running reports and creating dashboards to measure performance metrics and providing insights
- Working collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to utilise the CRM and optimise operational processes
- Creating sales materials, tools and collateral and training / onboarding all new team members to the sales team
- Analysing and reporting on sales pipeline, sales territories, performance and introducing best practice processes
- Introducing sales operations processes, strategies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Extensive experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong sales operations and data analysis background
- Background in software / SaaS / tech / eLearning
- Basic salary to £90,000 plus bonus
