The role:
As Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Building and implementing sales ops processes on a global scale on and around HubSpot CRM
  • Running reports and creating dashboards to measure performance metrics and providing insights
  • Working collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to utilise the CRM and optimise operational processes
  • Creating sales materials, tools and collateral and training / onboarding all new team members to the sales team
  • Analysing and reporting on sales pipeline, sales territories, performance and introducing best practice processes
  • Introducing sales operations processes, strategies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
About you:
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong sales operations and data analysis background
  • Background in software / SaaS / tech / eLearning 
The package:
  • Basic salary to £90,000 plus bonus
