The role:
As Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for..
  • Supporting a collaborative culture within the existing sales team and contributing towards processes and new ways of doing things
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales to guide the team in achieving their sales targets/KPIs
  • Using your successful sales track record within a SaaS environment to inspire and advise colleagues on sales performance 
  • Making decisions that are based on autonomy and trust and giving team members the time and resources needed to be successful
