The role:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Driving the sales team to success, through people management and collaborations
- Utilising the CRM system alongside the sales team, to stay connected and to demonstrate the value and solutions to enterprise businesses across the UK
- It is your job to ensure the sales team perform in the most effective way possible, providing coaching and motivational training
- Maintain and develop internal relationships across the business by delivering first class customer service
About you:
- Experience within leadership or team management role
- A creative, motivated and results driven individual
- Able to use your initiative, quick on your feet to develop business minded solutions and goals
- A willingness to learn and develop alongside your sales team
The package:
- Basic salary up to £26,000
- OTE £50,000 - £75,000
- Excellent training and development scheme
