The role:
  • Managing a team of Account Managers & Sales Executives to ensure the team hits target
  • Mentoring and coaching members of the team
  • Working closely with the wider sales team you will be required to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to after sales
  • Achieving and surpassing any revenue targets agreed
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and managing inbound leads
  • Mapping competitor activity to ensure the product range adds significant value in comparison to rivals
  • Attending customer sites and networking events 
About you:
  • A proven sales leadership background within SaaS into construction, property, infrastructure, built environment, building services
  • Commercially astute with an awareness of relevant market activity
  • Willing to travel overseas for networking events
The package:
  • Basic salary up to £65,000 | Double OTE
