The role:
As a SDR Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Establishing realistic but stretching KPIs and working closely to ensure they are achieved
- Defining sales strategies and quarterly objectives to enable the success and performance of your team
- Recruiting, onboarding and training all new team members to ramp them up as quickly as possible
- Leading from the front and coaching the team on sales methodologies to improve processes
- Helping to identify opportunities and developing targeted and effective sales pitches / demos
About you:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a successful sales professional, with at least 1years management experience preferably in SaaS
- Understanding of the software / IT space, in particular using Salesforce CRM
- Sales development and outbound prospecting practice
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
The package:
- Basic salary to £65,000
- OTE £95,000 +
