- Confidentally identifying, prospecting and qualifying SMB sales opportunities.
- Developing technical product knowledge to understand customer objectives and advise the most appropriate technology accordingly
- Managing the full sales cycle effectively by generating leads, negotiating and closing deals
- Preparing tender/bid proposals and presenting these to customers with realistic quotations
- Successfully conducting effective product demostrations to ensure client receives full value
- Technology/software sales experience is a must
- Ideally has proven knowledge of the construction industry
- A track record for independently generating high value revenues and exceeding targets
- You are a proactive, confident, target-driven individual
- Salary £38,000 with £78,000 OTE + uncapped commission
