As a Software Sales Executive (Renewals), you will be responsible for..
- Managing and tracking the entire renewal process and ensuring quotes are sent to customers in a timely and advanced manner
- Working cross functionally with sales, marketing and customer success to identify opportunities and reduce renewal risk
- Proactively identifying any risks, challenges or issues that might hinder a renewal and using resources to overcome this
- Maintaining regular contact with accounts in order to build strong professional relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Contacting clients via phone and email and acting as a key point of contact for any questions, queries or issues
- Ideally educated to degree level / equivalent
- Software sales background (or tech)
- Basic salary to £30,000 plus quarterly bonuses
