The role:
As a Software Sales Executive (Renewals), you will be responsible for.. 
  • Managing and tracking the entire renewal process and ensuring quotes are sent to customers in a timely and advanced manner
  • Working cross functionally with sales, marketing and customer success to identify opportunities and reduce renewal risk
  • Proactively identifying any risks, challenges or issues that might hinder a renewal and using resources to overcome this
  • Maintaining regular contact with accounts in order to build strong professional relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Contacting clients via phone and email and acting as a key point of contact for any questions, queries or issues
About you:
  • Ideally educated to degree level / equivalent
  • Software sales background (or tech)
