- 5+ years experience in a customer facing role from a technological or SaaS environment
- You will have strong communication and customer-facing skills to sucessfully enhance relationships with clients
- You will be technology minded hoping to broaden your industry knowledge to have an indepth understanding of the products
- Excellent at being able to explain technical complicated issues in a simplistic style
