The role:
  • This role will involve conserving a successful level of customer interaction to create renewal opportunities 
  • You will be the first point of contact to help customers determine and resolve any problems with the product
  • This position will involve collaborating with different departments to guide teams on improvements needed for ongoing success
  • You will effectively provide reports and requestions created through customer interaction to aid customers recieve value from the product
About you:
  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role from a technological or SaaS environment
  • You will have strong communication and customer-facing skills to sucessfully enhance relationships with clients
  • You will be technology minded hoping to broaden your industry knowledge to have an indepth understanding of the products
  • Excellent at being able to explain technical complicated issues in a simplistic style
