Vice President of Sales - Biotech - Remote

The role:
  • Leading the sales team from the front, rolling your sleeves up and supporting the team with large and complex deals
  • Implementing proven and established methodologies and processes to maximise sales performance and success
  • Leveraging data / reports and analysing trends to offer insight, areas for improvement and best practice to the team 
  • Acting as a trusted leader and company advocate to motivate, inspire and encourage the sales team to smash their numbers
About you:
  • Strong enterprise sales experience in selling to pharmaceutical or biotech companies with a good understanding of clinical trials
  • Proven experience scaling up a sales function, growing team sizes to achieve multi-million pound revenues.
  • Ambitions to contribute and grow within a pioneering start-up and benefit from having an equity share
  • Previous experience in developing and scaling a sales team in a start-up environment
  • Proven experience working for companies with VC backing and working through different rounds of funding would be highly advantageous
