- As the new VP of Sales, this role will see you building and maintaining, executive level relationship with large blue-chip organisations to generate new business opportunities on an international basis
- At board level you’ll have full responsibility for P&L, whilst also adhering to the International business plan
- Identifying key business opportunities within group and working with the international teams to collaborate and cross sell
- Building a successful team to support the VP of Sales
- Regular reporting on the sales growth analysis, forecasts and budgets.
- With a wealth of international sales experience you’ll ideally come from a BPO background
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Demonstrated success in securing multi million pound contracts
- You’ll have previously forged outstanding relationships at board level, securing complex deals
- Basic Salary: up to £150,000 | plus double OTE

This exciting VP of Sales role based just outside of Hemel Hempstead is suitable to those with experience of working in contact centre/BPO environments previously. Whilst you will be expected to do some travel, this role is suitable to those living in or around, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Watford and High Wycombe to name a few.
