The role:
Manage client journey from onboarding and beyond, with high levels of customer service.
Ability to work and collaborate across teams to contribute to product development.
Create high level campaigns at a consistent level.
About you:
Strong academic background Degree level and above.
Ability to deal with high-pressure, fast moving work environment.
2 years + B2B SaaS/Start-up Customer success or Account management experience.
The Package:
Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus scheme
London based office (full time) with potential to travel (US)
