The Role:

The Head of Business Development will lead the efforts to forge strategic partnerships with leading businesses, supporting them in their training and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnership Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries, supporting them with our innovative EdTech solutions.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and capitalising on growth opportunities to maintain the competitive edge in the market. Develop targeted strategic plans to drive expansion.
  • Project Management: Oversee business development projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • National Travel: Be willing to travel throughout the UK to create new partnerships.

About You:

  • Sector Expertise: Possess deep experience in collaborative/contract research, consultancy services, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, training, or commercialization of research.
  • Start-up Mentality: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, with a proven ability to adapt and excel.
