The role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
  • Developing sound product knowledge to advise customers accurately and encourage them to get the most out of the solutions
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and working closely with them to maintain a high retention rate
  • Being the customer champion and relaying on vital insight to ensure the software meets the need of a changing audience
  • Minimising customer churn by working in partnership with customers and building long-lasting relationships
  • Providing software demonstrations and training to expand product use and promote additional benefits to clients
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts and working towards agreed KPIs
About you:
  • Previous account management / customer success experience
  • A degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics or related subject
  • Passionate about technology and proactive in identifying new opportunities
