As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Developing sound product knowledge to advise customers accurately and encourage them to get the most out of the solutions
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and working closely with them to maintain a high retention rate
- Being the customer champion and relaying on vital insight to ensure the software meets the need of a changing audience
- Minimising customer churn by working in partnership with customers and building long-lasting relationships
- Providing software demonstrations and training to expand product use and promote additional benefits to clients
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts and working towards agreed KPIs
- Previous account management / customer success experience
- A degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics or related subject
- Passionate about technology and proactive in identifying new opportunities
- Basic salary £50,000 plus generous bonus
