The role:
As the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Establishing realistic but stretching KPIs and working closely with your team to ensure they are achieved
  • Recruiting, onboarding and training all new team members to ramp them up as quickly as possible
  • Leading from the front and coaching the team on sales methodologies to improve processes
  • Helping to identify opportunities and developing targeted and effective sales pitches / demos
About you:
  • Desirable: an experienced SDR who has progressed to Head of, Lead, and/or Manager of an SDR/BDR team.
  • Understanding of the software/SaaS/ IT space, in particular using Salesforce CRM
  • Scaled and grown successful sales teams in a fast paced environment  
The package:
  • To £65,000 - £70,000
  • OTE £75,000 - £85,000
