The role:
This Account Manager will:
- Work closely with an existing portfolio of partners ensuring high level customer satisfaction leading to retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners ensuring they are getting the most out of the hardware and software blend and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build genuine relationships with key partners working towards retention and growth KPI's.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential new partners, sharing your success stories with current partnerships.
About you:
- Previous commercial/client facing experience in the EV/automotive sector.
- A natural relationship builder with a sales mindset who is driven to achieve KPI's and individual targets.
- A self starter who is motivated to succeed in a fast paced scale-up environment.
The package:
- To £45,000 basic
- Quarterly bonus
- London (hybrid 2 days)
- Equity options
