The role:
This German speaking Account Manager will:
- Work alongside wider departments to prioritise customer retention and growth.
- Take full responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts ensuring you reach your growth and retention targets in the DACH region.
- Act as the main point of contacts for your accounts ensuring optimum use of the platform.
About you:
- Fluency in German is a must as you will be supporting customers across DACH.
- Demonstrated success of retaining key clients and optimising growth opportunities within a SaaS/tech environment, resulting in consistent target achievement.
- A strategical mindset, you will take a well researched approach to ensure you have a healthy portfolio and great customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build genuine and long lasting relationships.

- To €70,000 basic
- € 110,000 OTE
