The BDR Team Lead will be responsible for…
- Track record as an SDR/BDR with experience of managing and leading a small team of Sales/Business Development Reps
- Establishing realistic but stretching KPIs alongside the BDR Manager and work closely with the team to ensure these are achieved
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members to increase ramp up period
- Leading from the front and coaching the team on sales methodologies to improve processes
- Helping to identify opportunities and developing targeted and effective sales pitches / demos
About you:
- An experience BDR/SDR, with the passion and knowledge of people management of a small team
- Understanding of the software / SaaS / IT space
- Sales development and outbound prospecting practice
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
Package:
- Salary to £55,000 OTE £75,000+

This BDR Team Lead will be mainly remote based with occasional visits (min 1 day per week) to the Cambridge office so will suit candidates in Stevenage, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Ely, Newmarket, London, Bury St Edmunds, Bishop's Stortford, Stowmarket, Bedford, Downham Market or surrounding areas.
