Business Development Executive | Expanding company

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include: accurately managing CRM data, conducting product demonstrations both virtually and in person, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth through proactive prospecting and account management.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and updating data in the CRM system.
  • Conducting product demonstrations for a range of software products.
  • Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proactively reaching out to prospects via phone and email to drive business growth.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling into the education space is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM database management, ideally with Salesforce.
  • Confidence and proficiency in providing both virtual and face-to-face demonstrations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Package Offered:

  • Basic salary up to £45,000 
  • Uncapped commission £25,000 minimum
