The role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for..
- Owning the entire sales cycle and deliver high quality demos to enhance the sales process and increase conversion rate.
- Conducting targeted, researched and creative outreaches to prospects/clients to pitch different L&D offerings.
- Updating the CRM to ensure all processes have been executed and followed up to the highest level.
- Helping to target new markets and influence sales methodologies.
- Becoming an advocate of the solution and leading the sales development function to further, YOY success!
About you:
- Must have a proven track record across the eLearning/L&D/Learning Platforms/LMS sectors (SAAS)
- Proven success hitting sales targets in a fast paced company
- Resilient, ambitious and a confident leader
Package:
- To £55,000 OTE £75,000+ (uncapped)
