The role:
  • Covering the Midlands as a field based sales rep, visiting clients and building the territory.
  • Building on existing relationships in the region as well as developing new relationships with new clients.
  • Attending events and exhibitions to expand your network and develop brand awareness and familiarity.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify key opportunities or challenges for future growth.
  • Adopting a multi-channel approach to business development activities to build a strong pipeline for close.
  • Developing knowledge of the EV sector and becoming a product expert to accurately advise and support clients.
About you:
  • Business development experience in the EV industry, ideally in a field based role.
  • Genuine interest in EV/emobility and the wider sustainability sector. 
The package:
  • £35,000 -  £45,000 + 30% bonus.
  • Car allowance (£6,000 - £500 p/month).
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays. 
  • Additional one day volunteering day.
  • 5% pension contribution and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.

This Business Development Manager role will be field based covering the Midlands. Key locations include Birmingham, Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Worcester, Leicester, Coventry, Warwick, Hereford, West Bromwich etc.
