The role:
In this Director - Manufacturing Transformation role you will:
- Take responsibility for the full GTM strategy and approach within the manufacturing vertical resulting in increased growth and presence in this sector.
- Create a tailored business plan that focuses on driving new opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with sales, revenue, marketing and other departments to strategise, train and support growth/success in this vertical.
- Leverage your knowledge in the industry to enhance the use, efficiency and success of the product for manufacturers.
About you:
- An extensive background within the manufacturing sector, you will have knowledge and understanding of how systems work so you can best position this product in the market and support it's continuous development for manufacturers.
- Demonstrated success building a GTM strategy and creating business plans for technical/software solutions within manufacturing.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills you will work alongside relevant departments such as sales, revenue, product, marketing who will play a pivotal role in the success of your GTM plan.
The package:
- €100,000 - €130,000 basic
- 20% bonus
