The role:
Managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, developing and executing strategic account plans to expand relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Leading contract renewals and expansion efforts within enterprise accounts, aiming to positively impact Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Driving account growth by pitching to new business units, markets, and stakeholders within your client portfolio, and generating your own pipeline of opportunities.
Leading projects within enterprise organizations, ensuring seamless delivery of services, managing expectations, and reporting on results.
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and recommendations for client success.
Designing and building playbooks to support operational processes within account management, including renewals, upsell campaigns, and value creation/nurture.
About you:
Experience as an Account Manager in SaaS startup/scaleup environments.
Commercial background with a track record for increasing ARR amongst an existing portfolio.
Consultative, ambitious, resilient thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The package:
£60,000 OTE £90,000.

This Account Manager role will be hybrid in London so ideal candidates will be based in Greater London or commutable areas such as St Albans, Hitchin, Stevenage, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Enfield, Cambridge, Maidenhead, Chelmsford etc.
