As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Developing strong internal and external professional relationships and promoting all products and services
- Prospecting for new business and developing existing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Working across multiple business functions to generate leads and encourage consistent promotional activity
- Becoming a product expert and advising clients on the most appropriate solutions for their needs / requirements
- Carrying out business development activities to increase brand awareness and increase revenue
- Reporting on all client feedback and insight and tracking all sales activity on the CRM and relevant tools
- Must have a consultative sales background within the public sector
- Strong sales / account management experience at C-level
- Experienced and confident breaking into and liaising with major UK organisations
- Basic salary circa £55,000 - £60,000
- Generous commission
