The role:
- Working closely with sales leadership, marketing and customer success to provide/report on relevant insight and analytics with the aim to improve business efficiency globally.
- Provide monthly client and revenue reporting to the board that is backed up with relevant data.
- Identify areas of improvement across departments and roll out improved initiatives/processes leading to increased revenue, retention and overall efficiency.
- Improve overall CRM use and efficiency to enhance business/client outcomes (HubSpot).
About you:
This Revenue Operations Manager will have:
- A track record of using data and analytics to transform and build on the current function, taking revenue generation and growth to the next level.
- A strategical and data driven mindset with the ability to create and roll out enhanced revenue generating processes.
- Demonstratable experience optimising the CRM (HubSpot) in order to get the best results from teams globally.
- Excellent communication skills and can analyse data/processes in order to deliver reports/feedback/metrics to senior stakeholders.
Package:
- £60,000 - £70,000 basic
- London office (3 days)
