The Role:
- Negotiating terms with clients – a proven ability to accurately price business opportunities and develop bids
- Identifying prospect clients and opportunities through in-depth, targeted market research
- Providing strong recruitment knowledge to both existing and prospect clients throughout the whole sales process and once on boarded
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively
- Working collaboratively with all relevant departments to develop new propositions before taking these to market
- Keeping up to date with industry news and becoming a subject matter expert within your field
About you:
- Extensive experience acquiring and maintaining on-site recruitment teams
- Strong recruitment industry knowledge you’re able to display to clients and colleagues alike
- The ability to problem solve – working with clients to develop solutions
