Account Executive - Proptech

The role:
The Account Executive’s responsibilities…
- Becoming an expert of the company’s software being able to professionally demonstrate to C-suit clients
- Ability to execute a full 360 new business approach, from self-generating leads to follow up through to close
- Accurately inputting and utilising the CRM system efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams, reviewing, and forecasting on active business plans and strategies
- Keeping up to date with the current market and competitor activity
- Maintaining strong and profitable relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for revenue growth at all angles
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a new business software sales environment
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, large projects and relationships at one time
- Strong negotiation skills who is confident speaker and presenter
Package
- Salary to £55,000
- OTE £110,000

This Account Executive role will require being in the London office 1 day a week with key commutable areas including London, Cambridge, Luton, Chelmsford, Reading, Watford, St Albans, Slough, Harlow, High Wycombe and surrounding regions.
