The Role:

  • Identifying new growth opportunities for the company and working closely with marketing to increase awareness

  • Gathering and following new leads via Social Media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

  • Building rapport with customers and delivering sound service to gain repeat business and referrals

  • Attending networking events and and presenting webinars to identify and create new opportunities for the company

  • Prospecting to establish and acquire new accounts while expanding existing clients through cross/upsell

  • Acting as a "trusted advisor" and relaying customer feedback to the product and marketing team

About you:

  • Previous experience in the IT / software / SaaS / tech related sector

  • Strong background in Sales / Account Management

  • Great team player with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

  • Conscientious approach with a willingness to expand knowledge within IT and software

The package:

  • Basic salary to £40,000

  • Realistic OTE (£50,000-£60,000)
