The Role:
Identifying new growth opportunities for the company and working closely with marketing to increase awareness
Gathering and following new leads via Social Media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
Building rapport with customers and delivering sound service to gain repeat business and referrals
Attending networking events and and presenting webinars to identify and create new opportunities for the company
Prospecting to establish and acquire new accounts while expanding existing clients through cross/upsell
Acting as a "trusted advisor" and relaying customer feedback to the product and marketing team
About you:
Previous experience in the IT / software / SaaS / tech related sector
Strong background in Sales / Account Management
Great team player with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Conscientious approach with a willingness to expand knowledge within IT and software
The package:
Basic salary to £40,000
Realistic OTE (£50,000-£60,000)
