The role:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for..
- Be the first point of contact with customers ensuring the highest level of customer service is executed, managing the flow at a fast and effective rate
- Exceeding KPIs and reporting on performance through utilising the CRM system
- Mapping out customer journeys and commercial opportunities to ensure they are being exploited for maximum revenue
- Keeping on top of all renewals and leveraging conversations to explore other product lines and drive customer retention
- Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption
About you:
- Technical background within SaaS/software
- Previous customer success / account management experience with a proven track record of high achievement
- Experience managing multiple projects and dealing with technical enquiries
