The role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for..
  • Targeting accounts of $1B+ upwards in value with average deal sizes of circa $130,000+
  • Identifying potential customers and making targeted and sophisticated outreaches across channels
  • Pitching at senior level to VP and C-suite decision makers and nurturing them as prospects
  • Delivering effective and engaging software demonstrations and offering suggestions for best practice
  • Working towards six-figure sales target and confidently closing high value deals and opportunities
  • Understanding the core values and strategies of clients and delivering a strong value proposition in line with this
About you:
  • Exceeding targets / quotas of $800k per annum with average deal sizes of $100k upwards
  • 360 sales experience within SaaS and ideally the financial services / Fintech sector
The package:
  • OTE up to £200,000 (50 / 50 split)
    • Basic to £100k
    • Commission to £100k
  • Equity package - all employees entitled
  • Incentivisation / accelerator for over achievement
  • External training and development allowance 
  • Team social events, kick-offs and trips abroad
  • Can be fully remote 
This Enterprise Account Executive role could be office based or fully remote and would suit candidates based in the UK, key locations including Coventry, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Cambridge, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Worcester, London, Leicester, Manchester or surrounding areas.
