The Role

First point of contact for existing members, whereby you’ll represent the customer voice.

Handle renewals and upsell larger packages

Keep the members in the loop with changes, events and plans and build meaningful relationships.
About you

Degree level education or equivalent.

Some customer facing experience

Community focussed, with the ability to make connections and friendships – People person!

The Package -
£27,000-30,000 (DOE) Uncapped commission OTE £40,000
