- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and clearly communicate the range of platform offerings paying particular attention to the needs of partners.
- Take full ownership of the entire onboarding process ensuring that all partners have a smooth implementation journey.
- Manage several projects at the onetime within a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring the onboarding standards and KPI’s are met.

- Proven track record of problem-solving and overcoming challenges to reach targets/goals.
- The ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Display evidence of strong analytical and communication skills with the confidence to present information and feedback.
