The Role:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts up for renewals + with more growth prospects.
Building meaningful and consultative relationships with clients, understanding pain points and sharing feedback with wider team.
Utilising data in order to share informative insights.
About You:
Previous experience in Account Management/Customer success within the ICT/Cloud/SaaS/Software industry.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Package:
Basic salary up to £45,000 + up to £25,000 Bonus
