As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for...
- Acting as part of the senior leadership team and driving revenue through strategy, forecasting, mentoring and effective resource allocation
- Allocating revenue targets across the sales team and taking responsibility for the commercial direction and performance of the UK team/s
- Mentoring, building and leading a sales team of 3 x Sales Managers and 15 - 25 Account Executives indirectly across SMB and enterprise
- Implementing new sales programs and analysing the success of these using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition
- Coaching the team and being seen as a key thought leader for innovation, success and problem solving with fully fledged solutions
- Providing tactical territory, team and strategy planning to contribute towards the overall growth game plan and wider company direction
- Successful track record as an individual contributor, meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets
- Experience leading and scaling sales teams within fast paced start-ups / scale-up environments
- Tech savvy with a background in technology related industries, ideally SaaS and / or Fintech
- Basic salary £100,000 - £135,000
- Double OTE | £200,000 - £270,000
