Sales Manager | SaaS | London/remote

The role:
As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible for..

  • Leading a team of Account Executives focused on developing new business with SMB & mid-market level accounts
  • Generating a strategy and processes that maximise team performance 
  • Your team will be targeted on achieving a six figure sales target, you’ll help them to close SMB & mid-high end deals
  • Delivering accurate and reliable forecasts on a regular basis
  • Providing regular and structured training and performance reviews to AEs, ensuring any gaps in knowledge are resolved 

About you:

  • You'll have experience leading a team of SMB or mid-market AEs
  • Ideally looking with extensive experience within SaaS/ 
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding personal and team targets
  • Complex outbound sales experience
