As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Engaging with and managing relationships with accounts across a portfolio
- Providing recommendations and advise to customers to help optimise the platform
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise footprint across a customer's wider organisation
- On boarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible
- Proactively renewing contracts and upselling to successfully expand existing accounts
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively
- Extensive account management background in SaaS
- Creative background with an apt for advising appropriate solutions
- Experience developing and growing existing accounts
- Basic salary to £50,000
