The role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Engaging with and managing relationships with accounts across a portfolio
  • Providing recommendations and advise to customers to help optimise the platform
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise footprint across a customer's wider organisation
  • On boarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible
  • Proactively renewing contracts and upselling to successfully expand existing accounts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively
About you:
  • Extensive account management background in SaaS
  • Creative background with an apt for advising appropriate solutions
  • Experience developing and growing existing accounts
The package:
  • Basic salary to £50,000
