As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Managing a portfolio of around 50 clients at any one time and managing the post-sale process for smooth transition
- Building strong and profitable relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor and point of call for any queries
- Identifying opportunities for cross/upsell to expand account revenue and work towards / exceed targets and KPIs
- Keeping on top of all renewals and leveraging conversations to explore other product lines and drive customer retention
- Mapping out customer journeys and commercial opportunities to ensure they are being exploited for maximum revenue
- Handling multiple projects at any one time and working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and ensure completion on time
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager within a related SaaS industry (ideally start-up/scale-up)
- Track record in a commercial role - landing and expanding accounts through cross-selling and up-selling
- Articulate and a good communicator with technical capabilities to bridge the gap between clients and the tech team
- Basic salary to £55,000 plus 20% bonus
