The role:
As an Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..

  • Be the first point of contact with customers ensuring the highest level of customer service is executed, managing the flow at a fast and effective rate
  • Exceeding KPIs and reporting on performance through utilising the CRM system
  • Working closely with internal teams creating partnerships through the business
  • Keeping up to date and explaining the latest market knowledge
  • Managing numerous customer accounts throughout their whole life cycle and proactively renewing contracts
  • Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption

About you:

  • Experience within a similar role along with working for a software house or related industry
  • Tech savvy, with a passion for the technology space
  • First class communication skills, through all platforms
  • Experience in the software sector - ideally with experience moving clients from on-premise to SaaS
  • Any experience working with higher education sectors would be great!
